This is a blend of elderberries, honey, and apple cider vinegar. We also added in rosehips for added Vitamin C. It has all the benefit of our elderberry syrup plus more! It’s a much more potent dose and a must have for this winter season.
Bonus- it is shelf stable, needs no refrigeration and easy to take wherever you go
Adults- take 2-3 dropper full
Children- 1-2 dropper full
Place under the tongue, sit for 20 seconds and swallow. Or you can place it in juice or water if you don’t like the taste from the apple cider vinegar.
