Shipping and Delivery
Our products are created in small batches to ensure freshness. This means that we do not have a large overstock. We try to ship all orders out within a week, usually sooner. If we are backed up more than that, we will send you an email and let you know that. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please send us an email. We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on size of order. We will send you a tracking order once the order as shipped. We do offer free local delivery to those on Cape Cod. If you are unsure, please send us an email to ask. We do our very best to accommodate everyone. If you are happy, we are happy!

If there is a problem with your order or one of our products, please reach out to us and let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right.
Do you test your products on animals?
We never test any of our products on animals. We test them on our family and friends!
Your products are toxic-free and natural; however, do you guarantee I will not have a reaction from using them?
Many of our customers have different skin types and skin conditions and they have much success using our products. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause ANY irritation. We cannot take any responsibility for reactions that could occur since we are not familiar with each person's case or history.
